somehow as i was thinking about picking myself up again i couldnt help but think how i used to laugh at elizabeth every morning during assembly when she couldnt get up and would seek help from either jeannie or me to give her a hand
then i thought, isnt that the same for me.. the devil's laughing at me for failing to pick myself up again everytime i fall. only difference is that i refuse to get help
i act all strong and mighty and try to solve my own problems, only to find myself sinking deeper and deeper into the entanglement.. till i cant my way out anymore, till i start to give up hopes on getting out and conquering the mountians of my life

wheeeee.. last week was a hell lot of fun
from getting less than 4hours of sleep a day
to being a mother-in-law, meeting everyone's boyfriend
to seeing my hand on the newspaper
to ij fiesta!
yay, i thoroughly enjoyed myself

ij fiesta was AWESOME
one whole day of fun with yummy cheap food sold in the canteen
i sure did enjoy myself.. oh, jeannie and liz caught fishes for me
i think i forgot to tell them that i'm really scared of fishes, but nvm
at least it's in the bag.. haha

at the end of the day we had a mass funeral for the 4fishes liz and jeannie killed in the toilet
haha. eeeww.. i'm never using the toilet in school again.
oh and we tried to save jeannie's remaining 4fishes, but we didnt have water to transfer them into
so what did we do.. penny brought me around all the classrooms searching for bottles left under the tables with drinks left inside
i dont think the fishes mind right.. haha
and cos there wasnt enough overnight water, we ended up sticking the cup into the rain to collect rainwater.
hahaha, we looked so retarded! everyone who walked past screamed 'liz! rainwater cannot drink one you know!'
lol
oh and jeannie,ansel and i walked around toapayoh after lunch to look for an aquarium shop to pump oxygen into the water for our fishes.

went to support joanna(teo) for campus superstar after that.. CONGRATS JO FOR GETTING INTO THE TOP20! :D

bought elizabeth's cake and headed home
well not really actually.. dad called me when i was in serangoon and he gave me a lift home then he asked mich and i to go to ntuc to buy food for steamboat
haha. we were given 100bucks and told that they're gonna watch how we spend
sooo.. we were in ntuc screaming at each other whenever we got something slightly more expensive
yay.. spent only $50.15 in the end!
i'm so proud of the both of us! :D hahaha

missed church this weekend
uh, not feeling much actually.. just a lil frustrated when everyone starts calling me up to lecture me over the phone
now i dont dare to touch my phone anymore.

went down for last competition prep at MI

but no one could concentrate, so miss tan let us bring it home
we ended up folding paper aeroplanes and throwing them around

we however did find minimum pleasure in the midst of all these..

oh, during service n293 and n330 was making hell lot of noise. haha
we had fun though.. waving to elana, trying to get liwen to keep quiet and uh, shifting every now and then cos my partners were getting horny. haha! oh and we ate a lot. :D

went for fellowship with sandy and jiayu after service..
our initial plan was to eat at fish&co. till we realized how expensive the stuff were
it was quite embarrassing when we were contemplating whether to leave or not. haha
well we ended up at macs and felt extremely rich after that.
nic came to join us shortly after that and we began reminiscing on the past
how much fun we had as a cellgroup in n293, the awesome friends we've made and lost along the way, the mistakes we made and worked on, the many steps of faith taken to rise up.
and yes, of cos laugh about all the silly stuff we did and the ugly people we liked. :P
sandy and jiayu reminded me of how fierce i was when i gave sandy bible study 2years ago
haha, see.. i've changed! now i dont even bother showing attitude anymore.

well, had a long chat with jiayu on our way home
she was complaining about how mean i've been, ignoring everyone's love and making so many people worried cos i mentioned about backsliding to them once again
sorry yall.. give me just one more week. and i'll be back, cheerful, noisy and on fire for God once more
